JLL Pittsburgh elevates Retail team with addition of new Senior Vice President

PITTSBURGH, PA– October 2, 2023 – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, announced today that it has added Michelle Stewart as Senior Vice President, Retail, in its Pittsburgh office. In this role, Stewart will focus on both landlord and tenant representation in the retail sector across Pennsylvania and surrounding Ohio and West Virginia markets.

Stewart joins JLL with more than 13 years of extensive retail experience, working with some of the nation’s fastest growing retailers and restaurants. During her tenure, she represented millions of square feet of commercial real estate. She has particular expertise in advising tenants on site selection strategy, transactional negotiations, and site acquisition and disposition services.

Among Stewart’s notable clients include Primanti Bros, Popeyes, Five Guys, Jersey Mikes, GNC, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Valley Pool and Spa, Paris Baguette, Goddard School, Light Bridge Academy, AAMCO, Mediterra Café, Bakersfield, Clean Eatz, Lash Lounge, Alla Familia, and more.

In her role at JLL, Stewart will continue advising both tenants and landlords on their real estate strategies, driving growth and efficiency within the retail service line alongside existing retail experts to provide best-in-class client services and a culture that encourages collaboration with JLL’s other service lines.

Prior to joining JLL, Stewart has held positions at local and national commercial real estate firms, most recently as Vice President with CBRE, preceded by positions at Colliers and Burns & Scalo Real Estate.

Stewart is a graduate of LaRoche College, where she earned her bachelor’s in interior design and marketing. Her affiliations and accreditations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and being named a multi-time CoStar Power Broker honoree.
