JLL expands property management operations with IRA Capital, adding a 2 million square foot national medical office portfolio

CHICAGO, Jan. 29, 2026 – Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) announced today that it has expanded its property management operations with Irvine, California-based IRA Capital, a leading private equity real estate firm focused on the U.S. healthcare real estate sector. IRA Capital has awarded JLL the property management assignment for two recently acquired property portfolios that together comprise a total of 40 medical office buildings spanning approximately 2 million square feet.

The two portfolios consist of properties located in key markets across 13 states, with most of the properties located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. These additions expand JLL’s managed portfolio for IRA Capital to 64 properties, totaling over 3.3 million square feet of medical and office space nationwide.
