JLL earns top scores from independent research firm evaluating workplace systems integrators

Verdantix’s newest Green Quadrant report focused on workplace systems integrators identified JLL as an established market leader. Contributing factors to our high marks in the Verdantix report include our strong customer base, real estate expertise, and strategic alliances with leading IWMS providers like IBM (TRIRIGA), Eptura (Archibus, iOFFICE and Serraview), FM:Systems, and Nuvolo.

Verdantix recommended that JLL should be shortlisted by corporations in search of a “real estate consulting partner with a strong digital agenda” and for enterprises planning to “deploy software across their full real estate portfolios.”

Providing more details into its recommendations for IWMS users in need of third-party support, Verdantix highlighted the following as JLL’s core strengths areas as a workplace systems implementor.

When evaluating JLL as a market leader in implementing integrated workplace management systems, Verdantix noted how JLL has successfully delivered over 400 IWMS projects in the last two years, spanning a wide range of initiatives from “niche, industry-specific projects to highly complex designs requiring new approaches.”

A few examples of those wide-ranging IWMS projects:

Technology Consolidation – JLL helped the University of Nebraska consolidate IWMS deployments, reducing costs and improving reliability. Through our partnership, the university implemented a unified Archibus cloud platform and developed mobile app support for maintenance technicians.

Reporting Efficiency – JLL assisted Transamerica to address its underperforming IWMS modules. Key outcomes included normalizing data elements, tracking total space costs, and achieving significant reductions in processing times while enhancing reporting efficiency.

Space Utilization – JLL supported a U.S. federal agency with their TRIRIGA system, implementing CRE best practices for improved space utilization and user adoption. This effort included introducing reservations and hoteling capabilities, accelerating decision-making, and achieving 99% system uptime.

Overall, JLL was awarded a market-leading score of 2.8/3.0 for its implementation capabilities for integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).

Verdantix recognized JLL with high scores in all aspects of IT consulting being evaluated in the study. These consulting categories included requirements-gathering and vendor selection (2.5/3.0), technology business case development (3.0/3.0), business process design and improvement (2.5/3.0), and organizational change management and governance (3.0/3.0).

Verdantix also pointed to JLL successfully executing 156 business case development projects and more than 50 change management consulting projects over the past two years, showcasing our ability to guide organizations through complex workplace initiatives.

These consulting initiatives included technology investments, organizational agility enhancements, cost reduction, efficiency improvements, capital expenditure, and infrastructure investments.
