Vasilis Halakos

Vasilis serves as Director of Jones Lang LaSalle's investment sales hotel team in New York City, spearheading the development of JLL's national select-service investment sales hotel division. His role encompasses platform development, client relations, and deal execution, ensuring transaction certainty for clients.

With a background in hotel operations and acquisitions, Vasilis transitioned to investment banking analysis and brokerage services, where he valued over $7.5 billion in hospitality assets. His expertise extends to client support and transaction execution for both acquisitions and dispositions.

Throughout his career, Vasilis has successfully executed transactions for more than 100 unique properties across the United States, with an estimated total value of $1.5 billion. His diverse experience includes both single-asset and portfolio hotel transactions, solidifying his position as a key player in the hospitality investment sector.
