Career summary
Trent is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Primarily responsible for the origination and advisory of debt and equity capital throughout the country, Trent specializes in senior fixed- and floating-rate loans as well as value-add/bridge finance across all properties types. Additionally, he has experience with the placement of construction, mezzanine and equity capital.
Trent Joined HFF in May 2008. Before that, he served as Head Underwriter for LaSalle Banks’s North American Commercial Conduit Group.
