Current Responsibilities
Steve Petrie is a Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets. His primary focus is multi-family debt and equity placement transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Steve joined JLL in early 2020 after spending the prior three years at Morgan Stanley. Steve grew up in the Seattle area and is a University of Washington graduate.
Experience
Steve has been involved in over $1.5B in transaction volume including; joint-venture equity, construction financing, bridge, permanent, GSE lending, and equity investment sales on both the private and institutional capital playing field.
