Current Responsibilities
Steve co-leads JLL’s National Retail Tenant Services Group, a specialty service line focused on expanding the firm’s retail tenant representation capabilities, In his role, he provides full-service Real Estate consulting to national retailers which includes strategic initiatives, site selection, and portfolio optimization. The practice is built on long-term relationships with client goals as the top priority.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Steve was the co-founder of Surge Retail International, a boutique firm specializing in Tenant Representation for specialty retailers in enclosed mall, outlet, lifestyle centers and street locations. Prior to SURGE, he worked ten years for New England Development specializing in Shopping Center development leasing. Currently for JLL, his existing clients include Eataly, The Container Store, Carolina Herrera, Nespresso, Phillip Morris, TempurPedic, Oak & Fort and Wolverine Worldwide.
Steve graduated with a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a semester abroad at London School of Economics.
