Current Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate in JLL’s Raleigh office, Simon Copeland supports industrial, office, and lab occupiers with their real estate transactions. Simon’s realm of support includes but is not limited to tenant representation, buyer/seller representation and real estate portfolio strategy.
Experience
Before being promoted to his current role, Simon served as a Research Analyst for the Raleigh office, where he provided insight and analysis on the local office and industrial markets. His responsibilities included data management and analysis, market reporting, and thought leadership.
Education and Affiliations
Simon graduated from North Carolina State University, where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He currently coaches youth golf to children in the First Tee Triangle and is an active member of the Executive Committee for the organization’s Game Changer’s Council. Simon is also an active member of the Young Professional’s Network of the Raleigh Chamber. Simon is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
