Bob Ageloff is President of U.S Regional Markets in the West Region, spanning the Rocky Mountain, Southwest, Northern California, and Pacific Northwest regions.
In this leadership role, Bob is responsible for driving business growth across multiple service lines, including tenant representation, agency leasing, property management and project management, with a focus on key asset classes such as office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multifamily. Bob also leads the JLL Sales Enablement process at a national level, ensuring the firm delivers best-in-class solutions for its clients.
With a career spanning over three decades, Bob is a trusted advisor to institutional clients, specializing in integrating real estate planning with core business performance. His expertise lies in aligning financial, operational, human resource, labor demographics and capital allocation analysis with corporate real estate strategies to maximize efficiency and impact.
Bob has earned numerous accolades for his contributions to the industry. He received JLL’s Champion of Excellence Award in 2020 and has consistently been recognized as a Top Gun and Top Achiever every year since 2003 - JLL’s highest designations for client service and company achievements. In 2006, he was awarded Deal of the Year by the largest landlord in New York City. In 2007, he played a key advisory role in the development of Westinghouse Electric Company's global headquarters in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, a project recognized as one of the most significant U.S. office developments by GlobeSt and Real Estate Forum.
Prior to JLL, Bob was the Founder, Executive Vice President, and Manager of Equis Corporation’s New York office from 1991 to 2003, where he was instrumental in expanding the firm from a regional player to a nationally recognized brand. He later served as Managing Principal at The Staubach Company, which was acquired by JLL in 2008.
Bob holds a degree in economics from the College of William & Mary.
