Nicole Hom

Nicole serves as Executive Managing Director and Regional Manager for JLL’s Property Management business across the Western United States. She oversees a diverse portfolio spanning 114+ million square feet of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties in the Pacific Northwest, California, and Arizona. Leading a team of over 500+ commercial real estate and engineering professionals, Nicole drives strategic growth, financial excellence, and innovative change management to deliver exceptional results.

A San Francisco native, Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, has served on the BOMA San Francisco Foundation Board of Directors, and is the Executive Sponsor for JLL’s Asian Business Professional Network since 2020, reflecting her commitment to the industry and community.
