Michael Klein

Current Responsibilities

As a Senior Managing Director and Co-Office Head of JLL's New Jersey Office, Michael's primary focus is debt and equity placements for owners across commercial real estate property types. His main focus is on industrial, multifamily, retail, office and self-storage properties, for which he utilizes his comprehensive industry knowledge to provide strategic counsel and secure the best possible terms for his clients.

Experience

With an impressive career spanning over 22 years in commercial mortgage banking, Michael's vast experience and intricate understanding of the industry come to the forefront. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has been instrumental in transactions amounting to over $15.3 billion during the course of his career. Prior to his tenure with HFF/JLL, Michael worked in public relations, counseling a variety of international and domestic corporate and business-to-business clients.
