John brings extensive expertise across corporate disposals, equity raising, sale and leaseback transactions, asset management, and debt refinancing. He began his career in the Corporate Finance Team, providing advisory services across all sectors, income lengths, and building lifecycles. John became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in November 2009 through the Financial Pathway.
