Current Responsibilities
Jimmy Armistead is a Vice President in JLL’s Nashville, TN office. His focus is on Tenant Representation and he services several national accounts, including Gresham Smith, Premise Health, Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, Wayspring, and Southern
Orthodontic Partners, while also representing many clients in their local pursuits in and around Nashville. Jimmy joined the Nashville Tenant Rep team in 2023 after a long run with an Integrated Portfolio Services team in the Atlanta
office, where he serviced other national accounts such as Rollins Pest Control, Kindred Home Health, and Lowes.
Experience and Accomplishments
Jimmy joined JLL in 2013 as Account Manager on the State of Tennessee account. Embedded in the State's offices, he helped developed a procurement strategy for the State’s portfolio of leases, redeveloped the State's leasing forms and processes, and oversaw execution of the lease procurement process. In 2015, he added brokerage into his State of TN role, and also joined the Industrial brokerage team in JLL’s Nashville office.
Education and Affiliations
Jimmy is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds an MBA from Belmont University. He's a married father of four who enjoys supporting his kids in their extracurricular activities year-round and watching all manner of sports.
