Current responsibilities
Jessica co-leads JLL’s New York Consulting/Advisory Group, where she partners with clients to structure complex real estate transactions that align with their financial requirements and strategic objectives. Her work spans sophisticated financial modeling, deal execution, and long-term strategy development. She has played a key role in some of New York’s most significant headquarters transactions, including BlackRock’s move to Hudson Yards and Deloitte’s relocation from Rockefeller Center. Jessica also co-leads JLL’s mid-market tenant representation group, working with companies at different stages of growth. Beyond client work, Jessica is deeply invested in building JLL’s culture. She is a leader in the New York Building Pride and Women’s groups and spearheaded JLL’s first-ever participation in the NYC Pride Parade in 2025.

Jessica has 20+ years of multi-market commercial real estate consulting experience. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Berkey spent 10 years in CBRE’s Consulting Group in the Boston and New York offices.

Jessica earned a bachelor of arts degree from Bowdoin College, and attended the Certificate Program for Commercial Real Estate at Boston University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
