Jeffrey Verburg

​​Jeffrey Verburg is Cross Border Delivery Lead and Senior Director at JLL Value and Risk Advisory EMEA. Since 2024, he has been leading a team of six employees consisting of account managers and project coordinators (Center of Excellence, CoE). He is responsible for multi-jurisdictional workflows for key clients in EMEA and beyond, both for one-off valuation assignments and recurring portfolio mandates.

With over 10 years of experience in professional valuations, Jeffrey has developed extensive expertise in coordinating workflows throughout Europe. He has significant experience with valuations for leading clients such as Blackstone/Mileway, CBRE IM, Mapletree, GIC/EQT Exeter, AEW, Prologis, and Invesco.

Jeffrey began his real estate career in 2015 as an intern at JLL Netherlands, followed by an internship at JLL EMEA Valuation Advisory in London. He then worked as a valuation advisor at JLL Netherlands (2016-2020). In 2021, he moved to EMEA Valuation Advisory where he coordinated pan-European valuation assignments. In 2023, he was promoted to Director and in 2025 to Senior Director.

Jeffrey holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance (University of Amsterdam) and a Master's in Real Estate Development and Management (TU Eindhoven), where he laid the foundations for his specialized knowledge of real estate valuations and project management.
