Hunter serves as a Tenant Representation Associate as JLL with a focus in office and industrial product types in San Diego, CA.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Hunter excelled as a Brokerage Associate at Cast Capital Partners, where he specialized in agency leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales for industrial and office subtypes. In this role, he represented over 500,000 square feet of real estate on behalf of multiple landlords and tenants across San Diego County.

Hunter’s career also includes his tenure as a landlord and tenant representation broker at Stream Realty Partners San Diego. There, he honed his ability to navigate the diverse needs and objectives of both tenants and landlords, establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the Downtown San Diego office industry.

Proceeding to his career in Commercial Brokerage, Hunter served as a loan processor at Marabella Commercial Finance specializing in Single and Triple Net income producing investments on a national level. During this time., Hunter and his team financed over $50M of QSR’s, Pharmaceutical stores, and retail investments including Chick Fil-A, Dollar General, Walgreens, and 7/11.

Mr. Ancich graduated from the University of San Diego on the Dean’s List with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a focus in Real Estate. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys competing in endurance sports, being outside, and is a Boston Marathon Qualifier.
