Gregor Strocka

Gregor Strocka is Managing Director and Head Capital Markets at JLL Switzerland, with more than 18 years of experience in the Swiss real estate market. He leads a transaction team of 21 experts based in Zurich and Geneva and is a member of the Management Board of JLL Switzerland.

He has successfully executed sales of large investment properties, real estate portfolios, land plots, project developments (asset deals), and real estate companies (share deals) with a total volume of over CHF 10 billion. Furthermore, he has structured and executed numerous Swiss sale-and-leaseback transactions with complex commercial, accounting, and tax considerations. He is an expert in real estate valuation, process management, negotiation tactics, and financial modelling.

He began his career in 2006 in the Real Estate Investment Banking division of Sal. Oppenheim in Zurich. In 2011, he was part of the founding team of JLL Switzerland. Gregor Strocka holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics (Major in Finance, Banking and Controlling) from the University of Basel. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
