David Young

Current Responsibilities

David is a Senior Managing Director with JLL Capital Markets. Based in Seattle, he oversees a broad range of multifamily investment sales in the Pacific Northwest.

David has over 37 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with career sales exclusively in this sector that exceed $29 billion and 50,000 apartments. He has represented some of the nation's largest and most active multifamily investors.

Experience

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2009, David was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in Bellevue for 10 years and a Partner at Hendricks & Partners for 10 years. During his tenure with these companies, he received the national Top 5 award multiple times and consistently ranked as one of the top Advisors in Puget Sound.
