Current Responsibilities
As Executive Vice President for JLL, Dan has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. His background includes extensive knowledge on all suburban markets, market research, acquisitions, dispositions, agency leasing and financial reporting. Dan has represented a number of clients, including the following: Adventus Realty Trust, KORE Investments, JP Morgan Chase, Rialto, LNR Partners, Transwestern Investment Company, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Hudson Advisors, Quadrangle Development, Hearn and Prime Group Realty Trust.
Experience
Dan joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2022 as a Execuitve Vice President. From 2011 to 2022, he was an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he gre the team and portfolio from a single broker with four assets totalling 500k rsf to a seven person team with a portfilio over 10 million square feet. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Dan was a Regional Leasing Manager at Younan Properties where he managed leasing of a seven building, 1.7 million square foot portifolio and began his career as a broker for Transwestern Commercial Services.
