About
Connor joined JLL in 2017 and currently serves as Vice President on the Puget Sound industrial team. He specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in King, Periece, and Thurston County. A native to Seattle, Connor has a sound understanding for the greater Puget Sound region market dynamics and trends.
Connor is focused on tenant representation where he assists clients in portfolio optimization, site selection, and negotiations. Prior to joining the JLL industrial group, Connor spent four years in corporate finance. Two of which were spent on a coveted E-Commerce account where he helped manage operating expenses for over 50 fulfillment centers. His other two years were spent in Oil & Gas in corporate finance.
