Chuck Rosien

Current Responsibilities
Chuck is one of the firm’s most distinguished leaders responsible for leading and managing esteemed corporate occupier relationships globally in the industrial vertical. He is an expert in outsourcing arrangements and corporate operations. Chuck has developed and leads high performance teams focused on Portfolio Transformation and Optimization through integrated multi-dimensional subject matter expertise leveraging supply chain, workplace strategy, labor analytics, site selection, business and economic incentives, facilities management, capital markets, local markets, technologies, and construction management prowess. Chuck has assisted with the closing of over $10 billion in obligation on over 1,000 transactions globally with an estimated cost savings to his client’s in excess of $1B. His impressive team has completed transactions on all major asset types including office headquarters, data centers, disaster recovery facilities, complex manufacturing, regional industrial distribution, flex warehouses, development lands, contaminated sites, hotels, and retail. His client roster is name brand firms ranging from Fortune 10 to family owned/operated corporations. Chuck also works on special projects supporting internal business lines including Facilities Management for JLL which he has been awarded several accolades.

Previous Experience
Chuck worked in the C-suite as a Corporate Real Estate Director with an entrepreneurial outlet center development firm on complex 100+ tenant developments and mixed-use communities prior to joining JLL. He also held roles within Private Equity investments, underwriting development deals for CalSTRS and worked for Lee & Associates as a broker.

Education and Affiliations
Chuck graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business with the Highest Honors with a double major in Finance, Investments, and Banking as well as Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Chuck is an Active Board Member.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chuck is a proud and dedicated father of with is wife of nearly 20 years who he originally met in middle school. He is active in philanthropy across multiple organizations and supports community development.
