Current responsibilities
As Regional Leasing Lead for JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Region, Chris provides strategic oversight for JLL’s brokerage business in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, leading over 200 professionals across Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation. He directs the region’s integrated platform driving strategic business initiatives, deepening client relationships, and fostering operational excellence and collaboration.

Over the past three decades, Chris has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate across multiple real estate business lines and sectors.
He has managed over $9B in assignments totaling over 25M s.f. across diverse property types, including office, mixed-use, laboratory, and hospitality. Among his most notable assignments, Chris represented Marriott International for the development of their 750,000 s.f. global headquarters. Chris also served as a development advisor to the Anacostia Waterfront Corporation during the developer selection process for The Wharf, contributing to the initial vision for the transformative waterfront development. Chris led the development of the 4M s.f. Village at Valley Forge, a premier mixed-use town center on 125 acres in King of Prussia, PA. Chris also managed the development of the National Institutes of Health’s Biodefense and Emerging Infectious Disease complex.
Chris previously served as Mid-Atlantic Regional Lead for Project & Development Services and Director of the Investor Suite, working across Capital Markets, Agency Leasing, and Property Management on strategy, operations, and client services. During his tenure as Mid-Atlantic Market Director, Chris expertly guided the Mid-Atlantic region through one of the largest mergers in JLL's history and through some of the most challenging market conditions.
Prior to JLL, Chris worked as an At-Risk Developer and Construction professional for Quadrangle Development and the Clark Construction Group, respectively.
