Current Responsibilities

Campbell serves as a Senior Managing Director and Dallas Office Co-Head for JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL through the acquisition of HFF, where he began his career. Over the course of his career, Campbell has executed more than $14.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions, arranging financing and equity solutions across all asset types. His work includes billions in debt and equity placements, with notable recent deals such as a $500+ million construction loan for a Dallas office project and several industrial portfolio refinancings exceeding $100 million, showcasing his expertise in complex, high-value transactions.

Experience

As Dallas Office Co-Head, Campbell helps lead a team of approximately 130 professionals. He combines deep capital markets knowledge with strong relationships to serve clients like Goldman Sachs, Dalfen Industrial, and PGIM, delivering tailored strategies in a dynamic financial landscape. His focus on fostering enduring relationships ensures clients receive solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Campbell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the North Texas real estate community, contributing to The Real Estate Council (TREC) and serving on the Advisory Council at the Texas McCombs Real Estate Center.
