Current Responsibilities:
Caleb is a dynamic member of JLL Florida’s Retail Advisory Services team. A native Floridian born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, Caleb specializes in the Central Florida market while also serving clients throughout the state. He collaborates with team members on key agency leasing and tenant representation assignments, leveraging his unique background to deliver strategic solutions for both tenants and landlords
Experience:
Caleb has successfully represented numerous tenants in their Florida expansion efforts, including Dollar General, IVX Health, Green Thumb Industries, Fun Factory Games, Flip Flop Shops, AdeccoUSA, PayMore, UBreakiFix, and more. On the landlord side, he has been instrumental in successfully negotiating with notable tenants such as Wingstop, Bruster Ice Cream, Shah’s Halal, Cookies Inc., Urbano’s Furniture, and many others to various retail properties. His ability to understand both tenant and landlord perspectives allows him to craft win-win solutions that maximize value for all parties involved.
Prior to joining JLL, Caleb served in the U.S. Air Force as a Lead Firefighter for 6 years at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. This experience honed his skills in strategic planning, crisis management, and decisive action under pressure – qualities that translate directly to navigating complex real estate transactions. Through the DoD Skill Bridge program, Caleb completed a 5-month internship at JLL, where he gained hands-on experience in Tenant Representation, site selection, and transaction management.
Education and Affiliations:
Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Fire Science from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and an active member of ICSC. Caleb also participates in REAL, continuously expanding his professional network and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
