Current Responsibilities:
Brian Thene is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s top producing Inland Empire Industrial Team, focusing on representing occupiers and principals in the industrial warehouse sector. He serves a member of JLL's Supply Chain Consulting Practice, where he assists corporations across the country implement network optimization, site selection strategies, and real estate solutions.
Experience:
Throughout his time with JLL, Brian has successfully facilitated over 195 transactions, amounting to a total value of $500 million and encompassing 10 million square feet of space. His professional career includes previous positions as an Environmental Reporting Advisor and Senior Program Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed AECOM's global portfolio of 10 million square feet.
