Current Responsibilities
Andy Irwin has been a member of JLL since 2017 focusing on providing comprehensive representation to building owners and tenants in San Diego County. His expertise lies in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial and R&D buildings, as well as land. As part of a team covering the entire San Diego region, Andy offers an extensive understanding of the local market. Throughout his career, which began in 2000, he has successfully executed more than 950 sale and lease transactions, amounting to over 10 million square feet and valued at over $5 billion.
Experience
Andy's recent focus has been on representing large floorplate industrial projects as well as new ground up development and representing the companies in purchasing or leasing these buildings. With a background on the principle side in industrial development he brings an ownership perspective consulting on the assets. During this period, he gained experience in all aspects of development and institutional ownership including entitlement, design, financing, asset management, and project management.
