Andrew Karlovich

Andrew Karlovich is a Vice President in JLL’s New York office, specializing in sustainable brokerage and tenant advisory. He brings an engineering-driven perspective to real estate decisions, helping clients understand how building performance, energy systems, and evolving regulations directly impact cost, risk, and long-term flexibility.

Andrew advises occupiers and owners on lease negotiations, portfolio strategy, and site selection, with a focus on integrating technical and sustainability considerations - such as decarbonization pathways, emissions exposure, and building system performance - into transaction strategy. His work helps clients avoid hidden liabilities, unlock smarter economics, and make decisions that hold up as market expectations and regulatory frameworks evolve.

With a background spanning mechanical and energy engineering, HVAC operations, and corporate sustainability, Andrew is known for translating complex technical detail into clear, actionable guidance at the point of highest leverage in a deal.

Andrew is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and an active member of the CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor) Regional Advisory Commitee for the Americas.
