Allyson Birchmeier is a Vice President on the JLL Suburban Leasing team, where sheplays a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing tenants for suburban landlordrepresentation projects. With 12 years of experience in the real estate industry,including a strong background in tenant representation brokerage, Allyson brings aunique and complementary perspective to her team.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Allyson spent six years on the Agency Leasing Team at Cushman &Wakefield, focusing on suburban office properties. Her career also includes a tenure atTenant Advisory Group as Director of Accounts, where she honed her skills infacilitating lease negotiations on behalf of tenants.Allyson's impressive portfolio of lease transactions includes high-profile clients suchas HCSC at 3500 Lacey and numerous corporations at the Riverway Complex inRosemont, including US Foods, Inc., Littelfuse, Inc., Luminaire Health Benefits,Siemens Energy, Utz Brands, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Culligan International Company.
Background
Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Allyson moved to Chicago in 2011 to pursue acareer as a contemporary ballet dancer and yoga instructor before transitioning intoreal estate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends on thelake, bringing a balanced approach to both her professional and personal life.
