Tulip Interfaces Global HQ and DMG MORI subsidiary to open in Assembly Row

Today, JLL announced that Tulip Interfaces and DMG MORI leased a total of 39,835 square feet at Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts. Tulip Interfaces leased 30,312 square feet for its global headquarters and the Tulip Experience Center for interactive demonstrations. DMG MORI leased 9,523 square feet for subsidiary space in the northeast region.
“Locating their headquarters in what was once manufacturing space connects Assembly Row to its historic roots and is a significant validation of the dynamic Somerville ecosystem,” said Patrick McMahon, SVP, Federal Realty.
