JLL expands its transaction team in French-speaking Switzerland

​JLL Switzerland expands the transaction team in Geneva with Olivier Metzenthin, Alexandre Azar and Brian Reichlin, in order to meet the growing demand for professional structuring, processing and execution of complex single property, portfolio and corporate transactions.

In the past 24 months, JLL has advised on numerous real estate transactions in Western Switzerland and successfully closed asset and share deals for a total volume of CHF 600 million. The strong growth was driven by the consistent application of a professional transaction management approach in accordance with the highest national and international quality standards. The strengthening of Geneva’s transaction team sets the next step for JLL's growth strategy in French-speaking Switzerland. 

Olivier Metzenthin (35), Senior Transaction Manager and local head of the transaction team, is a proven real estate expert with international experience in asset, portfolio and investment management. In his career at AEW, Klépierre and Archon/Goldman Sachs, he was in charge of numerous real estate transactions. Olivier holds a Master in Finance from Bordeaux Business School (Kedge) and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Aston Business School in Birmingham.

Alexandre Azar (30) graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from Lund University and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from the University of Geneva. He brings with him work experience in private equity and investment management. Brian Reichlin (28) holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from the University of Geneva and Boston University and previously worked as an investment and portfolio manager at a Swiss private bank.
