Seth Heikkila returns to JLL Capital Markets’ multi-housing team

SEATTLE, June 7, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that Seth Heikkila has re-joined the firm’s multi-housing team as a Senior Director in the Seattle office.
He will focus on multi-housing debt advisory.

Heikkila spent 9 years with JLL from 2010 to 2019, serving as both Vice President of multi-housing investment sales and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets with JLL. Most recently, he worked for Institutional Property Advisors as a first Vice President of Capital Markets.
He brings in robust knowledge in the multi-housing debt advisory space with over 20 years of industry experience. Additionally, from 2017 to 2022, he executed over $2.6B in multi-housing financings.
