Sale and financing secured for Seattle’s Bell Ballard apartment community

• JLL Capital Markets completed the sale and financing Bell Ballard, a 261-unit multifamily community in Seattle, Washington
• Freddie Mac provided the five-year acquisition financing on behalf of Bell Partners, Inc.

SEATTLE, Oct. 28, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale and financing of Bell Ballard (fka Leva on Market), a 261-unit apartment community in Seattle, Washington.

JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Bell Partners, Inc. purchased the asset and was assisted by JLL in securing a five-year acquisition loan through Freddie Mac.

Bell Ballard is positioned on a 1.26-acre site at 1545 NW Market St. northwest of Downtown Seattle. Completed in 2008, Leva on Market consists of a six-story North Tower and eight-story South Tower. The property is in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, which is home to more than 450 retail shops, restaurants and entertainment amenities and a coveted outdoor recreation scene. Bell Ballard is also convenient to the area’s largest employment drivers, including South Lake Union, Downtown Seattle and the Eastside, via major regional thoroughfares, including Highway 99 and Interstates 5 and 90.
