COLUMBUS, June 10, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today it has closed the sale of the Rickenbacker Multi-Tenant Logistics Portfolio, two Class A industrial properties totaling 507,779 square feet in Lockbourne, Ohio.
JLL represented the seller, Olympus Ventures, LLC, in the sale of the properties to an Ares Real Estate fund.
The assets are located at 2315 and 2500 Creekside Parkway in Columbus’ southeast industrial submarket. The portfolio is positioned on more than 25 acres and is set near Interstates 270 and 71, Rickenbacker International Airport and Norfolk Southern’s Rickenbacker Intermodal Terminal, providing an excellent logistical location in the central U.S.
The properties were built in 2008 and 2014 and feature 30-foot clear heights, rear-loading capacity and average suite sizes of 63,000 square feet. 2315 Creekside Parkway offers 253,680 square feet and 2500 Creekside Parkway is 254,099 square feet. Both buildings are fully leased with a total of eight tenants and 5.3 years of weighted average lease term remaining.
