State-of-the-art OneOncology Cancer Center in North Alabama sold

SAN DIEGO, July 22, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale of Singing River Cancer Center, a 45,904-square-foot, newly constructed, state-of-the-art cancer center in Florence, Alabama.

JLL represented the seller, Cypress West Partners, and procured the buyer, a joint venture between Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate.

Purpose built in 2020, Singing River is a single-story integrated cancer center with OneOncology affiliates providing over 150,000 residents across the Tennessee Valley with medical oncology, diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy, radiation oncology and infusion services.

The 6.55-acre site is located at 180 Cox Creek Parkway South in the Shoals region, and within two hours of multiple major cities, including Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham and Huntsville. The property is also close to the University of North Alabama and multiple local and regional hospitals.
