Nick LiVigne joins JLL as Consulting Lead to spearhead Technology Division growth

SAN FRANCISCO, July 1, 2025 – JLL today announced Nick LiVigne has joined as Consulting Lead for the Technology Division of JLL Work Dynamics. Based in San Francisco, LiVigne will focus on driving strategic, client-focused solutions, leveraging his extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
“Nick’s diverse background enables him to understand and solve complex client challenges, drawing from his experience leading enterprise-wide workplace transformation,” said Amanda Kross, Americas Consulting Lead for JLL. “His proven track record in leading high-performing teams, implementing organizational transformation and championing special initiatives will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our consulting capabilities.”
LiVigne brings 20 years of expertise in workplace innovation, flexible office product development, corporate real estate and sustainability strategy. His experience includes leading global workplace transformation at Verizon, serving as Head of Product and Workplace Solutions at Convene and most recently leading the U.S. expansion of Incendium Consulting.
Reporting to Kross, he also will work closely with Katie Rodrigues, Managing Director, Consulting to expand consulting services across the Technology Division.
