$68.25M financing arranged for luxury Connecticut apartment community
MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 11, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has secured $68.25 million in financing to facilitate the acquisition of Millyard at Meadow Commons, a newly constructed 269-unit luxury apartment community in Newington, Connecticut.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Beachwold Residential LLC, in arranging the five-year, fixed-rate loan through Truist Bank.
Millyard at Meadow Commons, located at 98 Pane Rd. in Hartford County, sits within the 24-acre Meadow Commons mixed-use development along the Berlin Turnpike. The property offers residents walkable access to premier retail tenants including Market 32, Shake Shack, Sally's Apizza, CAVA, PJ's Coffee, Club Pilates and Wonder.
The luxury apartment community features three four-story buildings comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of 953 square feet. Each residence includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smart keyless entry systems, in-unit washers and dryers and designer finishes with select private yards and balconies.
Community amenities include a clubroom lounge with community kitchen, fitness center with yoga room, private co-working spaces, an in-ground heated pool, outdoor lounge areas with grills, a community pet spa with fenced dog park, garage parking and EV charging stations.
Newington's strategic location provides residents access to major employment centers and transportation corridors, sitting just 15 minutes from downtown Hartford and eight minutes from Interstate 91. The area benefits from strong demographic fundamentals, with a median household income of $103,910 and nearly 40% of residents holding bachelor's degrees or higher.
