DALLAS, Aug. 7, 2025 – JLL announced today Lakeview Loan Servicing has signed a 9,684-square-foot lease at Lakeside International Office Center. The 138,500-square foot Class-A office park – regarded as Flower Mound’s top office campus – is currently 80% leased. JLL Managing Director Daryl Mullin and Vice President Lauren Halstedt represented landlord Realty Capital Management (Realty Capital) in lease negotiations, while Amber Linville Gibson represented the tenant.
