JLL Work Dynamics promotes Justin Sandherr to Managing Director
CHICAGO, Sept. 8, 2025 – JLL Work Dynamics announced today the promotion of Justin Sandherr to Managing Director, within its Consumer Goods and Services division. The promotion is effective immediately and reflects the continued growth and evolution of the segment.
In his elevated role, Sandherr will lead with two key priorities: developing and executing comprehensive real estate strategies for consumer goods and services companies and enabling broader JLL growth through specialized sector expertise. This includes real estate management services like workplace and facilities management across office, manufacturing, industrial and retail asset classes.
“Consumer goods and services organizations are facing complex and evolving challenges that require specialized real estate expertise,” added Sandherr. “Driving value through commercial real estate as a strategic asset while maintaining brand awareness and product integrity, are key to the success of our clients. My focus is on partnering with teams across JLL to deepen client relationships, deliver enhanced transparency and data-driven insights, and reduce portfolio costs while identifying opportunities to optimize real estate for the business success of our clients.”
In Sandherr’s nine years at JLL, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional account management capabilities and strategic leadership. As Segment Lead for Consumer Products over the last year, he successfully managed key client relationships that continue to strengthen under his guidance, including restructured renewals, expanding services and driving efficiencies for clients.
“Justin’s promotion reflects our commitment to providing best-in-class solutions and services to address the unique challenges faced by companies in the Consumer Goods and Services industry,” said Matt Weko, Division President, Consumer Goods and Services. “His proven expertise in operations value stream mapping, performance-based accountability and continuous improvement initiatives, combined with his strategic approach to cross-organizational collaboration, positions us strongly for continued success in these dynamic markets.”
Sandherr brings proven expertise in strategic leadership and cross-organizational collaboration that has consistently driven client growth and operational excellence within the Consumer Goods and Services division.
JLL’s recent 2025 Occupancy Planning Benchmark Report revealed shifting workplace strategies as hybrid adoption declines. For Consumer Goods and Services organizations, the report found that 57% of employees now work in the office three to five days per week, compared to 51% across all industries. The top three occupancy planning goals of the year for Consumer Goods and Services organizations are improved reporting, portfolio cost reduction and improvements in space data accuracy.
