JLL welcomes back Todd Torok to lead industrial investment sales in Salt Lake City, UT

SALT LAKE CITY, Apr. 16, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that Todd Torok has rejoined the firm as Managing Director to lead industrial investment sales efforts in Salt Lake City, Utah and the Intermountain West region, including Reno, Nevada and Boise, Idaho.

In his new role, Torok will work closely with JLL's existing Markets and Debt Advisory teams, spearheaded by Executive Managing Director Wick Udy and Salt Lake City Office Head Chris Gandy, to deliver comprehensive services to its clients. Additionally, Torok will operate as an integral part of JLL's National Capital Markets Industrial group, operating under the leadership of Senior Managing Directors Trent Agnew and John Huguenard.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 5 years at JLL from 2014 to 2019, Torok brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. He joins JLL from suburban Chicago-based Mid States Realty Associates, where he served as Managing Principal overseeing management and dispositions operations for a vast portfolio of privately owned real estate assets throughout the Midwest region.
