The Announcement
COLUMBUS, Ohio, September 23, 2026 – JLL announced today its role in securing a 15-year lease for 75,000 square feet of Class A office space and 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space at Bridge North, Daimler Group’s mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio, on behalf of Northwest Bank, a subsidiary of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: NWBI). The lease encompasses the development’s entire office component, with Northwest Bank expected to relocate its corporate headquarters from Easton by the first half of 2029.
JLL Senior Managing Director Clayton Davis represented Northwest Bank in the transaction, with project management support from JLL’s Project and Development Services and Workplace Strategy teams.
“Northwest Bank’s commitment to Bridge North reflects the strength of Dublin as a destination for corporate headquarters and a place where companies can attract and retain top talent,” said Davis. “The development offers a high-quality workplace environment with access to amenities, while keeping Northwest Bank connected to one of the Midwest’s strongest financial talent markets.”
The new headquarters will add Northwest Bank to Dublin’s growing roster of major corporate employers, including Cardinal Health and Wendy’s, further strengthening the submarket’s appeal to Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies. The relocation also supports Northwest Bank’s plans to more than double its Central Ohio workforce to 300 employees by the time it moves into the new headquarters.
Bridge North is located along the Scioto River and will feature a mix of office, retail and other uses designed to create a connected, campus-style environment. The development adds to the growing concentration of corporate users in Dublin and the broader northwest Columbus submarket.
According to JLL's Columbus Q2 2026 Office Market Dynamics report, Dublin led the Columbus region in net absorption, recording more than 108,000 square feet as demand in the northwest submarket continued to outpace the broader market.
