JLL secures $213M financing for an eight-property national industrial portfolio

DALLAS, Aug. 3, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged $213 million in refinancing for a portfolio of eight Class A industrial buildings totaling 2.2 million square feet across the Chicago, Orlando, Philadelphia, Sacramento and Washington, D.C. markets.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower to secure a loan through PGIM Real Estate. The cross-collateralized financing featured both fixed- and floating-rate tranches to provide flexibility for the borrower.
The portfolio features highly functional, institutional-quality assets with an average clear height of 31 feet and an average year built of 2015. Properties in the portfolio include 17600 Shideler Parkway in Lathrop, California; Bent Oak Industrial Park Buildings 600, 700 and 800 in Orlando, Florida; 2485 Commerce Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Manassas Logistics Center Buildings A and B in Bristow, Virginia; and 900 Windham Parkway in Romeoville, Illinois. The portfolio is 98% leased to 12 tenants, including PODS, Freeman Expositions, Primark and US Foods.
