CHICAGO, May 5, 2025 – JLL announced today that it has hired Ashley Metcalf as the Lease Administration Lead for Leasing Advisory to oversee the management, leadership and support of all new business initiatives, solution development and operational functions within the global Lease Administration service line tailored for JLL Lease Advisory clients.
Part of JLL’s suite of Portfolio Services within Real Estate Management Services (REMS), the Lease Administration platform meets a wide range of client needs, from basic lease abstraction and tracking critical dates to comprehensive financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits – all of which are to support driving savings for clients through the management of real estate portfolio data. Metcalf is responsible for crafting Leasing Advisory's strategic vison and supporting operational plans, including innovative and efficient methods in advancing the Lease Administration platform and initiatives.

Metcalf brings more than 18 years of experience in corporate real estate to the role and is a recognized leader in providing lease administration solutions, driving innovative service strategies and ensuring seamless delivery for clients. She’s held a variety of leadership and managerial roles with Cushman & Wakefield and The Staenberg Group prior to joining JLL. She was also a lease analyst at THF Realty.
Based in St. Louis, Metcalf reports to Abrams and will partner with him and hundreds of other JLL specialists across the globe to pursue and secure new lease administration business opportunities.
