DENVER, Nov. 4, 2025JLL Capital Markets announced today the marketing of 1958 S Josephine St, a 1.73-acre multifamily development site located in Denver’s University Park neighborhood. JLL is representing the seller, The University of Denver.

The 75,400-square-foot infill development site is strategically positioned within the urban core of the University of Denver campus area and benefits from G-MU-5 zoning that allows up to five stories and 65 feet in height, or up to seven stories and 90 feet by complying with Denver’s enhanced affordability incentives.
