JLL completes sale and financing of Atria Newport Beach

• JLL Capital Markets completes the sale and financing of Atria Newport Beach, a 168-unit trophy seniors housing community in Newport Beach, California
• An institutional investor purchased the community in partnership with the existing operator, Atria Senior Living, which will continue to operate the community
• JLL assisted the buyer in securing acquisition financing through a life insurance company

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 4, 2026 –  JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged the sale and financing of Atria Newport Beach, a 168-unit, trophy-level seniors housing community in Newport Beach, California.

JLL’s Seniors Housing Capital Markets team represented the seller, an institutional investor, in the transaction and assisted the buyer in securing acquisition financing through a life insurance company. Atria will continue to operate the community under its Atria Signature Collection brand.

Atria Newport Beach sits in the heart of Newport Beach and comprises two buildings, built in 2021 and 2023, that house 126 independent living and assisted living units, alongside 42 memory care units. Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including multiple dining options, a movie theater, fitness center, library, salon and spa in addition to on-site programming and services.
