JLL Capital Markets welcomes Lee Harris to its Nashville multi-housing team

NASHVILLE, May 16, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has welcomed Senior Director Lee Harris to its multi-housing team in Nashville. Harris will focus on agency debt, while also providing full capital stack solutions to multi-housing, mixed-use and MHC clients. He will work alongside Senior Managing Director Brian Dawson.

His specific industry knowledge and experience within the agency space fully support the firm’s ability to deliver complex capital stack solutions for our valued clients.”
Prior to his new role, Harris served as a Director at Greystone, where he focused on nationwide Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt transactions. He has also held previous roles at RED Capital Group and Lument, bringing roughly 13 years of real estate experience. Harris earned his degree from the University of Southern California.
