Bridge Logistics Properties acquires an infill logistics portfolio in Los Angeles' San Gabriel Valley
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 30, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today the sale of the San Jose 2-Pack, a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 450,000 square feet in the City of Industry within Los Angeles' San Gabriel Valley submarket.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction, while Bridge Logistics Properties acquired the assets.
The fully leased complex encompasses two adjacent properties featuring a combined 450,000 square feet of high-quality industrial space. The larger facility spans 250,000 square feet, while the second building is 200,000 square feet.
The properties are strategically positioned in the San Gabriel Valley, one of Southern California's most coveted infill submarkets characterized by limited land availability and strong demographic fundamentals supporting industrial demand. Located in the City of Industry, the facilities provide tenants with superior access to major transportation corridors and distribution networks throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
