SALT LAKE CITY, April 15, 2025 – The reinvigoration of one of Salt Lake City’s most distinguished business corners continues as Fortune 500 company HF Sinclair moves one of its regional offices to The 324. The 40,367 square foot, long-term lease on the top floor of the five-story office building further establishes The 324 as a premier office destination, blending history with modern workplace innovation.
Mortenson Properties and Hamilton Partners, joint owners, renovators and operators of The 324 since 2020, have integrated elements that reflect the building’s evolving purpose, celebrating its past while looking to its future. “By preserving its historic character while introducing modern amenities, we’ve created an inspiring workplace tailored for today’s workforce,” said Dan Ryan, Managing Director of Mortenson Properties. “HF Sinclair’s commitment to The 324 reflects the again-rising demand for quality office space in Salt Lake City. Originally built in 1911, The 324 now fuses its original brick and concrete elements with contemporary workplace solutions. Spaces ranging from 4,000 to 20,000 square feet are available.
