• JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Arena Shops, a fully leased 37,135-square-foot Total Wine-anchored retail center in North Miami, Florida

• JLL represented seller in the transaction, with RK Centers acquiring the infill asset positioned along Biscayne Boulevard

• The property benefits from a category-leading retail anchor and proximity to the $4 billion SoLē Mia mixed-use development

MIAMI, Nov. 2, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged the sale of Arena Shops, a 37,135-square-foot retail center located at 14750 Biscayne Blvd. in North Miami, Florida.

JLL represented the seller in the transaction. RK Centers acquired the asset.

Arena Shops is a 100% leased neighborhood retail center anchored by Total Wine & More. The diverse tenant lineup also features Chipotle Mexican Grill, T-Mobile, and Tatore Miami.  The property is positioned at the signalized intersection of Biscayne Boulevard and NE 151st Street, offering exceptional visibility along one of South Florida's primary retail corridors. The property serves affluent communities including Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour and North Miami, and benefits from direct access to Interstate 95 and other major thoroughfares connecting Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

The center sits directly across from the transformative SoLē Mia mixed-use development and near major demand drivers including Aventura Mall, Florida International University's Biscayne Bay Campus and Oleta River State Park. Combined with strong barriers to entry and continued residential growth throughout Northeast Miami-Dade County, the location provides a compelling foundation for long-term retail demand.

The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Executive Managing Director Danny Finkle and Senior Director Jorge Portela, along with Analyst Jacob Wise.

"Opportunities to acquire an infill retail asset with this level of frontage, visibility and established tenancy along Biscayne Boulevard are exceptionally rare," Portela said. "Arena Shops benefits from a necessity-based merchandising mix, a proven operating history and a location directly across from one of South Florida's most significant mixed-use developments."
