NEW YORK CITY, Aug. 3, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today it has arranged a $210 million credit facility for Max Energy Industrial Holdings US, LLC, to advance the company's Phase 2A expansion of its Texas Gulf Coast midstream infrastructure.
JLL represented the borrower to secure the loan through Bank OZK. The credit facility will refinance existing debt and provide Max Energy with the financial continuity and flexibility to advance its completion of strategic pipeline interconnections. The expansion positions Max Energy to capture growing production from the Permian and Eagle Ford basins and route it to Gulf Coast export markets.
“This financing allows Max Energy to continue building out the infrastructure that underpins our strategy as a low-cost, integrated midstream provider connecting Permian and Eagle Ford supply to water-borne markets via the newly constructed Max Louise – Gray Oak Interconnect," said Jonathan Novitsky, President - Crude of Max Energy. "This expands optionality for our customers, allowing us to complement trucked barrels with pipeline flow, while providing reliable, uncongested marine access and lower delivered barrel costs to both domestic and international markets.”
Max Energy provides carbon-neutral crude oil transportation, storage and export benefiting from water access via the Port of Calhoun on the Texas Gulf Coast. Currently, the Company operates 352 miles of pipeline system and two terminals, the Edna Terminal, located at Edna Texas and the Seahawk Terminal, which is located at the Port of Calhoun, Texas.
The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Senior Managing Directors Kellogg Gaines and Matt Eastwick and Director John Lowe.
"This financing unlocks substantial value from Max Energy's strategically positioned infrastructure," said Gaines. "By utilizing existing pipeline corridors and premier terminal locations, the company can achieve significant throughput growth while re-aligning Max’s debt to equity ratios in a capital-efficient manner."
