JLL adds Zander El-Hindi as new senior research manager in Florida

MIAMI, Oct. 30, 2023 – JLL announced today the hiring of Zander El-Hindi as Florida’s new Senior Research Manager. El-Hindi will be based in JLL’s Miami office. He will focus on research and analysis for JLL’s Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation teams by tracking market data for the office, industrial and retail sectors of the markets which include Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville in addition to South Florida.
In his new role, El-Hindi will manage the various local research teams by providing guidance on reports and research that present market insights, overview and analytical forecasting throughout various asset classes.
“As the state’s population and commercial real estate sector continue to grow, it’s critical we stay up-to-date and provide our brokers with the necessary tools to further understand our market, its different asset classes and where opportunities lie,” said Rod Barnes, JLL Market Director for South Florida. “We are thrilled to be growing our research team with Zander’s addition and amplify our research and analysis capabilities and services to our team members and clients.”
With over five years of research and strategy experience, El-Hindi has focused in the research, consulting, and analysis of agency leasing, capital markets, tenant representation and asset service teams while building relationships with institutional clients in the real estate and financial sectors.
El-Hindi joins JLL from Cushman and Wakefield where he spent the last two years as Research Manager for the Southeast region. Prior to that, he founded Silver Linings Health Performance, where he created and managed a private health and nutrition studio that attracted over $40,000 in start-up investments and partnerships.
El-Hindi has been recognized by several industry publications and organizations including Honorable mention of Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award and winner of Cushman & Wakefield's Research Manager of the Year; Purpose and Impact Award.
El-Hindi graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Biology. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Finance from American University in Washington, D.C.
